We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Support Engineer - student to join our Technical Support team. We are offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As part of the team, you will be a key link between different departments, assisting in operational technical tasks and gaining exposure to the workings of exchanges, crypto, finance, and trading.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support across various departments
• Work with databases, SQL, and Python to resolve issues
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with day-to-day technical tasks and troubleshooting
• Gain insight into the operations of crypto and financial markets
