ServiceNow Experience is Mandatory

• Define and run UX processes, such as discovery, user research, journey mapping, and usability testing

• Translate business requirements into UX artifacts, including personas, workflows, wireframes, and design standards

• Facilitate UX workshops with business and end users (discovery, validation, feedback loops)

• Operate within delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum), integrating UX into sprint planning and development

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure UX intent is realized in the build

• Use tools like Figma as enablers, not as the primary skill (process > tooling)
