With our Global Center of Competence and factory in Yatala, Queensland, you’ll be joining a powerhouse of innovation, product lifecycle management, and cutting-edge R&D.

Now, we're on the lookout for a dynamic .NET Desktop and Web Developer to join our R&D team and help shape the future of our OMVS portfolio, which includes game-changing products like Siemens Fusesaver, Compact Modular Recloser, and the Remote Control Unit. This role gives you the unique chance to develop both desktop and cloud-based applications for a global customer base, all while driving innovation in a world-class environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop cloud-based applications using C#, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Build and maintain desktop applications with C#, third-party drivers, and advanced controls.
  • Innovate and simplify development processes, testing, and deployment for cloud and desktop apps.
  • Collaborate with global teams to solve customer challenges and deliver on their needs with state-of-the-art tools like GIT, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
  • Explore groundbreaking tech in medium voltage switchgear with opportunities to test automation and mobile app development.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with .NET frameworks, C#, and Microsoft environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, C/C++ or embedded firmware development is a huge plus.
  • A drive for innovation and problem-solving, with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
