Sr Full-Stack Engineer (Golang/React)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sr Full-Stack Engineer (Golang/React) who can help deliver large, strategic, and complex projects. This position demands a high level of teamwork, mentoring other engineers, and working with the team to deliver reliable and robust solutions our customers can depend on. In this role, you will face a huge array of challenges – from strangling off legacy systems to designing new product features. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to collaborate with others but can also work independently to take an idea from concept to implementation. Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience of 5-8 years in fullstack software engineering, specifically developing and maintaining robust, scalable applications.
• Possess demonstrated expertise and hands-on proficiency in developing complex user interfaces and single-page applications using ReactJS at an intermediate level.
• Exhibit strong working knowledge and practical application of TypeScript at an intermediate level to build robust and type-safe frontend and backend components.
• Command a comprehensive understanding and proven ability to implement advanced functionalities and optimize performance using JavaScript at an intermediate level.
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge and practical experience with Go, including developing backend services and understanding its core principles.

Job responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable fullstack solutions for complex permissions and access control systems using Go, ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs in Go, ensuring secure and efficient data handling for authorization workflows.
• Build and enhance interactive, user-friendly frontend components with ReactJS and TypeScript, optimizing for performance and user experience within the permissions domain.
• Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of the permissions platform, identifying opportunities for technical improvements and innovation.
• Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and operational excellence of developed systems through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features.
• Optimize existing codebase for performance, scalability, and maintainability, addressing technical debt and implementing refactoring initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, providing expert guidance and solutions to ensure system stability.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that enhance development efficiency and product quality within the team.
• Participate in defining technical roadmaps and strategic planning for the permissions team, aligning solutions with broader organizational goals.
• Establish and uphold coding standards, design patterns, and architectural principles to ensure consistency and quality across the engineering team.
