Are you a Senior or Lead Data Scientist (with AI experience) who's ready to move into a Principal role? We have 3 new openings paying €87k + 10% bonus

Industry: AI software for Pharma, start-up - heavily backed by a global investor

Workplace: Hybrid - 2 days per week

Offices: Barcelona or Madrid

Our client, the AI tech firm, are helping change the world of Pharma. 2025 is going to be a very busy year and we need 3 Lead Data Scientists who are ready for their next move in either Madrid or Barcelona. You don't need to have managed / led teams, but you will need to have experience mentoring & coaching.

Do you know how the data you're working with effects the business? This question is KEY.

Do you have a passion/interest for Tech / AI and see how it can help improve Healthcare?

Are you a people-person and someone who can work in an start-up, nimble environment?

Tech stack / experience needed:

• Python, R, SQL
• Lead an AI lab and develop AI products
• OO programming - APUI's, AWS Lambda, crontab
• 4+ years Machine Learning methodologies
• Business acumen, experience with stakeholders
• Experience with embeddings, genAI and some LLM fine tuning
• Calibration of unbalanced problems, RF vs XGB, data leakage with oversampling
• PhD or Masters in Data Science / Engineering / Mathematics
• AWS experience is a bonus
