Part-Time HR

Stream Hatchet has been pioneering the analytics services within the gaming industry for 6 years, working alongside key players in the industry to provide actionable insights that drive business growth. We are dedicated to enhancing the connection between video game publishers, creators, esports teams, and their audiences.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time HR professional to support our Human Resources department. This role will involve assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance, all while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company or exiting the company
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR policy enforcement
• Support compliance with labor laws and regulations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related roles
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for the gaming industry and understanding of its dynamics is a plus
