Data Protection Officer (Baltics region)

Key responsibilities:

• performing the duties of the Data Protection Officer in line with GDPR requirements;
• monitoring and ensuring GDPR compliance across the TV3 Group;
• advising the company and employees on data protection obligations;
• overseeing implementation of GDPR and internal data protection policies;
• managing data subject requests and personal data breaches, including regulatory reporting;
• conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs);
• acting as the main contact point with data protection supervisory authorities.

We expect you to:

• have solid expertise in GDPR and data protection legislation;
• be detail-oriented, independent, and analytical, with the ability to see the bigger picture;
• have very good English skills (written and verbal);
• be a strong communicator and collaborative team player;
• data protection certification (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM) – an advantage;
• understanding of SaaS, IT systems, and data flows in digital/media environments – an advantage.
