Our client — a global leader in technology and digital communication — is seeking detail-oriented and analytical Data Labelling Analysts to support a high-impact Integrity Operations project focused on online safety and user protection.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of AI training and integrity review, helping improve how technology identifies harmful behaviour, unwanted contact, scams, impersonation, and other safety-related risks across digital platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing and annotating content to support AI model training and evaluation
• Applying policy reasoning to make accurate, consistent integrity decisions
• Creating and maintaining “golden sets” to measure quality and performance
• Investigating trends, identifying policy gaps, and supporting process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into operational improvements
• Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with evolving workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in integrity operations, quality assurance, trust & safety, investigations, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills
• Experience working within structured, policy-led environments
• Ability to rationalise decisions clearly and consistently
• Comfortable working to SLAs and productivity targets
• Resilience when reviewing potentially sensitive or objectionable content

Nice to Have

• Experience with integrity review tools or content moderation platforms
• Understanding of online safety and integrity best practices
• Experience calibrating quality or supporting reviewer performance
