Next Geosolutions is looking for a hands-on Data Analyst / BI Specialist to support and enhance our business intelligence and data management capabilities across Risk, Lessons Learned, Document Management, and operational datasets.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and Power BI expertise, and a passion for transforming complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources including Excel, SharePoint, SQL databases, and document systems

• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI

• Build and maintain data models, workflows, and automated reporting solutions

• Perform quantitative analysis including trend analysis, sensitivity analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations

• Support tendering, commercial activities, and operational decision-making through data insights

• Improve the data quality, consistency, and reporting efficiency across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Extremely advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills

• Strong SQL and data modelling capability

• Experience with statistics, risk analysis, and data visualisation

• Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and Microsoft 365 environments

• Python, Power Platform, or Microsoft Fabric experience would be an advantage

• Experience within engineering, offshore, marine, construction, or project environments is beneficial

Preferred Background

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science

• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect or Power BI certifications are desirable
