Hiring: Network Solution Expert (Enterprise Mobile Networks)

My name is Antanas Vindašius and I lead the Network Quality Assurance team at Telia Lietuva. Currently, we‘re looking for a Network Solution Expert to oversee Enterprise Mobile Network (EMN) solutions based on 5G Stand-Alone (SA).

What you’ll do:

As a Network Solution Expert, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery and operational quality of 5G SA based EMN solutions for B2B customers in pre-sale and post-sale. You will cooperate with solution and system architects, network and IT development teams, service assurance, business managers, project managers, vendors.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver network solutions. Take responsibility for technical requirements, provide technical expertise to pre-sale teams, lead testing and proof-of-concept activities.
• Ensure smooth delivery and operations. Raise and analyze solution performance and operation issues both proactively and reactively, prepare operational teams to handle major changes.
  
  

What will help you thrive in this role:

The role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with a solid understanding of underlying network and IT technologies and solutions. You will need strong solution design, activity management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The following technical skills and experience are essential for success in this role:

• Proven experience designing and configuring IP network solutions – L2/L3, BGP/OSPF, TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS, Firewall technologies
• Knowledge 4G/5G mobile core network architectures and elements – MME, SGW, PGW, HSS and AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM. Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting – very beneficial.
• Knowledge and experience in mobile radio network, mobile end-user devices (beneficial)
• Good oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position is 3600-5400 eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
