Your role 💼

We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Project Manager specialized in ERP / Odoo to support a finance and process transformation initiative within a dynamic Luxembourg-based environment.

The mission focuses on the optimization and industrialization of finance operations following an ERP transformation, with a strong emphasis on governance, process redesign, invoicing workflows, and cross-functional coordination between Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing finance processes
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
• Redesign and streamline finance and invoicing workflows
• Coordinate ERP-related finance transformation initiatives
• Act as the main interface between Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT stakeholders
• Manage project governance, planning, risks, and follow-up activities
• Organize workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings
• Define KPIs, reporting structures, and transformation roadmaps

Requirements 💡

• 7+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP Project Management, or Process Optimization
• Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting processes, and invoicing workflows
• Experience working on ERP transformation projects (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to structure, coordinate, and drive transformation initiatives in autonomous environments
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Languages: French mandatory; English professional level required

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with Odoo environments
• Experience in governance, PMO, or operational transformation contexts
• Luxembourg market exposure is considered an asset

📍 Where: Luxembourg, Full on-site presence in Luxembourg (5 days per week)
