Our client is looking for a Senior DevOps Lead to work on a long term contract based 3 days per week onsite in The Hague, The Netherlands, with 2 days working remotely. Due to the nature of the role, an active SC/DV/NS/CTS clearance would be required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline with 10–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure engineering teams within secure or regulated environments.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools including Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or CloudFormation.
- Experience with VMware-based private cloud, virtualization, SDN, and SDDC technologies.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure systems design, networking, and enterprise cybersecurity practices.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience operating within Agile, SAFe, or DevSecOps delivery frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
- Experience supporting defense, government, or highly regulated development environments.
