Software Engineer

I'm partnered with a client with more than 11 million users around the world, and more than 3,500 businesses and government entities worldwide using their product to make their teams and organisations data fluent.

They are looking for a talented Software Engineer to help us craft web applications to improve and/or redefine the core learning experience. The roles are in the following teams.

You'll join a squad which has the fundamental role of driving the localization technology of the product. They build tools and integrations that make the product localized in the user language, enabling us to truly achieve or mission of democratize access to data science and AI education on any language. Currently launched Spanish in beta, and 2024 has many challenges of fully integrate complex systems including Content Authoring system that powers the Learn Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Help us build the best platform to learn and teach Data Science.
• Contribute a significant stake to the technical direction of the learn product
• Work with the latest front and backend technologies to solve challenging problems.
• Improve existing learning features as well as build new ones from the ground up.

What we’re looking for?

• You have 3+ years of web development experience building world-class products using Node.js.
• You have practical experience with strongly-typed languages such as TypeScript.
• You can write clean, maintainable, performant, and testable code.
• You are passionate about product development and can empathize with our customers and the problems they experience.
• You enjoy solving challenging technical problems.
• You are highly organized with a flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness/aptitude for learning
• You are interested in data science and education.
