DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, automation, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure while driving DevOps best practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform
• Build, optimize, and standardize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Workflows
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment velocity, reliability, and operational excellence
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and operational workflows
• Develop tooling and scripts to improve engineering efficiency and platform reliability
• Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including secrets management and IAM governance
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments, deployments, and scaling strategies
• Create and maintain reusable Helm Charts
• Enhance observability using tools such as GCP Operations Suite, Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic
• Support production systems and participate in on-call rotations when required
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (mandatory)
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with real-world production experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• GCP Secret Manager
• Cloud IAM
• Security Command Center
• Extensive experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Workflows
• Expertise with:
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Helm
• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters using Terraform modules
• Strong scripting/programming skills in at least one language:
• Python
• Go
• Bash
• JavaScript
• Java
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms:
• Prometheus
• Grafana
• New Relic
• GCP Operations Suite
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software delivery methodologies
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS or Azure
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef
• Relevant GCP certifications
