441 Design Powerhouse is a multidisciplinary creative agency focused on branding, corporate design, 3D, UI/UX, video production, and interior design. We work with both international corporations and ambitious local brands, creating everything from large-scale corporate presentations and event visuals to full brand identities and digital campaigns.

Our workflow involves a high volume of design tasks, primarily low to medium complexity, requiring a fast turnaround on a daily basis. You should feel comfortable switching between multiple projects throughout the day while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a corporate background who has a strong work ethic and a genuine sense of responsibility. Someone who can manage their workload independently, with minimal supervision, and consistently deliver quality output without needing to be followed up on.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality visual materials, from presentations and reports to brand guidelines and corporate collateral.

• Design and produce corporate materials, including annual reports, brochures, and templates
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations for corporate and B2B clients
• Build and maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Contribute ideas, creative direction, and design improvements where needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience working in or for corporate companies
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• High-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Speed and efficiency in execution - getting things done, done right, and done on time
• A strong portfolio that clearly shows corporate design projects
• Attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
• Senior-level independence. You own projects from brief to delivery

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills are a plus
