Detailed Job Description

• To adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
• Ensure continuous cGMP practices in the Warehouses (Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finished Product)
• Ensure continuous cGMP practices during shipping activities
• Ensure that warehouse operations adhere to Good Storage Practices (GSP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and other regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, WHO, GMP).
• Perform investigations into warehouse-related deviations, including temperature excursions, mishandling, or inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure corrective actions are taken immediately to address any non-compliance or deviation from quality standards and responsible for Deviations investigations
• Verify that materials and products are handled and stored according to product-specific requirements, particularly for sensitive materials.
• Responsible for Market complaint investigations and handle the change control related to warehouse.
• Responsible to ensure the compliance of the system and procedure related to shipping and release for the shipment
• Responsible to review requirements of finished product transfer from one consignee to another consignee.
• Responsible to review the documents/data logger temperature reports of shipments in case of excursions.
• To adhere with cGMP/GSP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner through all RM, PM and FP Stores.
• Responsible to handle rejected, obsolete, blocked and expired material and finished products in all the Warehouses.
• Responsible to receive and check the gate pass for shipping.
• Responsible to ensure the compliance and adherence of all the WH QA Staff to the approved prodcuts in all the Julphar Warehouses.
• Verify that all incoming raw materials and packaging components are properly labeled, inspected, and stored according to SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Review of material receiving procedures and review the fulfillment of receiving reports.
• Review and ensure warehouse storage conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness) to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each material or product type.
• Assuring that all RM, PM and FP are being stored and shipped in suitable environmental conditions that are meeting their storage requirements.
• Reviewing all logbooks and assuring warehouse staff are following Good Documentation Practices.
• Ensure timely documentation and closure of all deviations and CAPAs related to warehouse activities.
  
  

Initiating inspection through all warhouses as part of continuous improvement process.

• Responsbile to prepar and check all the relevant SOP’s whenever required.
  
  

Review and approve records related to the receipt, storage, and handling of materials and finished products.
