What are the criteria requirements for Graduate Development Program Candidates?

• Candidates must have graduated from a known and top university, holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The degree should be completed within the last two years. Students awaiting final results can also apply.
• Candidates should have a strong academic track record, demonstrating excellence in their studies. This includes maintaining a high GPA (3.5 or above) or equivalent academic achievements.
• Candidates should exhibit a genuine passion and interest in their chosen field study and respective business unit they are applying for.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for successful participation in the program. Candidates should be able to articulate their thoughts, express ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills abilities, coupled with a creative mindset.
• Candidates should exhibit a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in tier academic and personal endeavors. They should uphold the values and standards of Al Khayyat Investments throughout the program.
