Product Manager

Summary:

The Digital Payments team is responsible for managing and advancing Mastercard’s digital payment solutions and platforms, including tokenization, authentication, Click to Pay, Agentic Commerce, BNPL, and new payment acceptance capabilities.

This role will focus on owning and driving the Digital Payments product portfolio for the Canadian market. The selected candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Canada, North America, and global stakeholders to define product strategy, execute go-to-market initiatives, and enhance customer/end-user payment experiences.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong experience within digital payments/product management environments.
• Deep understanding of payment technologies, tokenization, authentication, BNPL, or digital commerce platforms.
• Product leadership/ownership experience.
• Experience with international payment markets is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Digital Payments product portfolio for Canada
• Define product strategies based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis
• Drive Canada-specific go-to-market strategies in partnership with regional/global teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, partners, and customers to execute initiatives
• Define KPIs, monitor portfolio performance, and optimize strategies accordingly
• Act as Digital Payments SME during client discussions, workshops, and partner engagements
• Lead cross-functional product and technology initiatives from concept to launch
• Analyze market, regulatory, and pricing considerations impacting digital payment solutions

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $95/hr. to $104/hr. on T4.
