Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations

  • Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and work pass administration.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and leave information in the HR system while ensuring strict confidentiality of HR documents.
  • Monitor and verify employee attendance, timesheets, and overtime records for staff and workers.
  • Coordinate and prepare payroll-related documents for processing by the Finance Manager.
  • Handle employee insurance claims and liaise with insurance brokers on related matters.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Liaise with government authorities such as MOM, CPF Board, and IRAS on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, including any government-mandated measures and policies.


HR Policy, Compliance & Employee Engagement

  • Partner with department heads to support HR initiatives, manpower planning, and people strategies.
  • Organize group training sessions, employee wellness programs, and engagement activities.
  • Lead and support HR initiatives related to employee well-being, mental wellness, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Office to review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with Singapore Employment Act and other statutory regulations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in labour laws and regulatory requirements to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Support and participate in new HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Others assigned by the Manager


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local labour regulations.
  • People-oriented, resourceful, and able to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and receptive to changes.
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
