For our office in Kiev, Ukraine, we are searching for a motivated colleague to support our small team as Customer & Sales support.
What's it all about?
- You will assist our customers in the Baltic, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and CIS countries (excluding Russia and Belarus) in all pre- and after sales matters (contracts, logistics, etc).
- You will work closely with our Area Sales Managers and Application Engineers to support them in their daily business and help strengthen and expand our customer relationships.
- You will create quotations and ensure smooth processes by taking care of data entry.
- You will support the EU marketing team by applying marketing tools to the local market.
- You will support the sales team in important customer events and fairs on site.
- You will be responsible for our CRM customer database (data entry and maintenance).
- General office management tasks and shipping of goods will also be among your tasks.
What are we looking for?
- You have successfully completed your commercial education and several years of experience with sales support activities.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers.
- You have an independent and service-oriented way of working; organizational skills, commitment and team spirit are among your strengths.
- You have a confident manner on the phone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- You have a good excellent command of Ukrainian, English and Russian.
