We are now looking for a Group Manager for one Project Management group who, together with us, wants to take the driver's seat in this transformation. Role Summary
As the Group Manager of Project Management, you will be responsible for a group of competent and driven project managers. The project managers represent the chassis assemblies globally in cross-functional product development projects & initiatives from concept to industrialization and lead other internal functions within the organization to secure our deliveries and achieve the goals for each project.
Job Responsibilities
You will have overall responsibility for the project work and project portfolio of your group. You will work through the group and ensure that we apply and develop our working methods in your daily work. As a strong player in our cross-functional steering groups, you will represent the final assemblies and contribute to making the best possible decisions in the projects. The work takes place in an exciting production-oriented environment in close collaboration with project managers, other production units at Scania, and within the entire TRATON group, the Project Office, R&D, Purchasing, and Marketing. You will be part of the MPP Product Introductions management team.

At Product Introduction in Final Assembly, we take the responsibility of safeguarding a disturbance-free product introduction into all our serial production units. We represent the final assembly in cross-functional dialogues with all other stakeholders in the product development community. As an organsiation we affect the product for the best possible production process, develop and validate production methods for new products, and support all final assembly factories in the implementation. For running initiatives we also prepare the basis for decisions for production management on all levels.

- A Master of Science in management, production, or product development.
- At least 5 years of experience working in production or R&D.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Project management experience is highly meritorious.
