Urgent 6 Months+ Contract | Immediate Start | Full Stack Developer | Remote

We are currently supporting a leading Australian education institution across their broader cyber security transformation and we have one additional contract position available to join our team on the ground.

Our consultants are already embedded and delivering, moving into their extension period. This is a proven, well-scoped engagement with immediate impact from day one.

The Work:

You'll be working across a portfolio of web applications, built in Java, PHP, and Ruby on Rails, modernising legacy codebases and remediating security vulnerabilities as part of a structured, outcome-driven programme. The environment is containerised, the scope is clear, and the results are measurable.

What We're Looking For:

A polyglot full stack developer who brings a secure coding mindset and has hands-on experience with:

• Legacy modernisation — PHP 5→8, Rails 4→8, Java 8→17/21 (Spring Framework)

• 2 of the following backend languages: PHP, Java, .NET, React and/or Ruby on Rails

• Containerised environments and cloud-based CI/CD pipelines

• Testing frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium

• OWASP Top 10 identification and remediation (highly desirable)
