UX Designer

What you'll be doing:

• Designing seamless, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Translating business requirements, customer journeys, and UX strategy into high-fidelity designs
• Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs ready for development
• Working closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Developers to bring concepts to life
• Applying and evolving design systems to ensure consistency across enterprise products
• Designing for large-scale ecosystems including portals, dashboards, customer platforms, and internal tools
• Balancing user needs with business objectives across multiple client environments

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or UI/UX Designer in complex digital environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design with a clear strength in visual design, interaction design, and execution
• Advanced capability in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience designing enterprise-grade products, SaaS platforms, or large digital ecosystems
• Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and design systems
• Comfortable working in consulting or fast-paced multi-client environments
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders confidently

Nice to have:

• Experience working with enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to service design or strategic UX
• Previous consultancy or agency background
