Responsibilities

UX Design

• Design and create wireframes (low and high fidelity), mockups, and interactive prototypes for web applications, mobile apps, and websites.
• Develop clear and intuitive information architectures and user flows.
  
  

UI Design

• Translate UX concepts into visually appealing, functional, and consistent user interfaces.
• Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards, usability principles, and brand visual identity.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Design Systems.
  
  

Iteration & Collaboration

• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and performance metrics.
• Present and defend design solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
  
  

Learning & Growth

• Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies, while proposing new ideas and approaches.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree or advanced studies in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Multimedia Design, or related fields.
• Experience: Proven professional experience of 1 to 3 years in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Portfolio: A strong UI/UX portfolio showcasing your design process, skills, and deliverables.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Methodologies: Knowledge and/or experience applying UX design methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent visual and verbal communication skills to present and defend design proposals.
• AI: Interest and/or knowledge in applying AI tools to optimize design processes and drive innovation.
• Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with a user-centered approach.
• Language: Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  
  

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Familiarity with basic front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand the technical implications of design decisions.
• Experience in projects involving user research and A/B testing.
• Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing results to identify design improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge of Portuguese.
