Software Engineer

About the Role

We’re working with a fast-growing AI Digital health product company building real-time clinical workflow tools used at significant scale.

They’re looking for strong full-stack engineers who can contribute across both frontend and backend systems in a highly product-focused environment.

This is not a siloed engineering role. Engineers are expected to move between projects, collaborate closely with Product and Design, and contribute directly to shipping high-quality product features.

The environment is fast-moving, technically demanding, and focused on real-world product

delivery.

What They’re Looking For:

Must-Have:

• Strong React experience
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
• Solid backend engineering experience (language background is flexible) but they use Kotlin/JVM
• Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving ability
• Experience shipping real customer-facing products
• Comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems
• Ability to work autonomously in high-ownership environments

Backend Experience Can Include any backend language.

Backend language is less important than overall engineering quality and adaptability.

What You’ll Work On:

The engineering team is building:

• Real-time AI-assisted clinical workflows
• Speech-to-text systems
• Clinical documentation generation
• APIs and platform infrastructure
• Dictation and transcription products
• Performance-critical systems operating at scale

The platform processes billions of LLM tokens monthly, with some workflows requiring sub-second response times.

• Paris-based company
• Open to candidates across France

Healthcare experience is not required.
