Product Manager for SHIFT

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Product Manager for SHIFT to be based at our office/ our customer’s site in Toulouse

Role Overview

Our Product Manager at Tata Technologies will be responsible of managing SHIFT, an application that digitizes data from production and development Flight Tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and disseminate the vision: SHIFT will bring the means to the entire Flight-Testing department to performs many tasks. All the components must provide performance while complying to standards. Working with Product Owners, the PM will ensure that the entire product adheres to the vision.
• Long-term Delivery: the PM will be responsible of facilitating the delivery so that all the teams are delivering according to the current roadmap (till 2028)
• Stakeholder Management: 15 direct stakeholders for development, hundreds of users from the business
• Strategy Adjustments: due to many dependencies, the strategy will likely to be adjusted so that the product gets build while managing delays or obstacles.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Product Management in Airbus/Aerospace Business
• Strong proficiency in Agile practices
• Knowledge of Airbus/Aerospace Flight Testing Tools (especially navigating tools)
• Proven ability to manage a product roadmap in a data-driven and structured way
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on low-level and complex technical topics
