An established financial services provider is expanding its everyday banking offering and is seeking a Product Manager to support the development and growth of its current account proposition.


This is an opportunity to join a growing business at a significant stage of development.


The role will work closely with senior stakeholders across product, digital, technology, customer experience, analytics, finance, and risk teams. Reporting into a senior product lead, the successful candidate will help shape the future direction of the everyday banking proposition.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support profitable growth through product, pricing, proposition, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against commercial targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable commercial insights.
  • Support the development and evolution of the customer value proposition for current accounts.
  • Conduct customer, competitor, and market analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with payments and card product teams to ensure a consistent customer proposition.
  • Contribute to cross-functional delivery initiatives to optimise customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain ownership of product documentation and operational configurations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for end-to-end customer journeys and product processes.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, customer experience, digital, technology, analytics, and finance stakeholders.
  • Support management of product-related risk and governance requirements.
  • Manage and prioritise product and proposition change requests.
  • Work with digital and customer experience teams to support product enhancements.


Requirements

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing or evolving business environment is advantageous.
  • Experience with regulated financial products or banking products is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Ability to develop evidence-based recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to strategic initiatives and presenting to diverse audiences is beneficial.
