Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior ReactJS Engineer to join our Social Sportsbook team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable, and engaging web applications for both mobile and desktop users. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, bringing exciting features to life while optimizing the live platform.

What You’ll Do

Web Development

• Design and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring seamless performance across devices.
• Build reusable, responsive UIs with CSS/SCSS, avoiding reliance on external frameworks like Material UI or Tailwind.

Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with backend, DevOps, and design teams to implement new features and resolve real-time performance issues.
• Support live apps by troubleshooting and solving real-time challenges in a dynamic environment.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Leverage advanced TypeScript, Redux, and middleware like Thunk or Saga for state management.

Advanced Features

• Implement RESTful APIs using axios or fetch, with optional GraphQL integration via Apollo Client.
• Use WebSockets (native and socket.io) for real-time data handling.
• Optimize performance with tools like React DevTools, Chrome debugger, Jest, and Cypress.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in modern web application development with expertise in ReactJS, React Hooks, and TypeScript.
• Skills: Strong CSS/SCSS knowledge, advanced TypeScript abilities, and familiarity with Redux and React Router.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Jest, Cypress, and Chrome debugger for robust development workflows.
• iGaming/Online Gambling experience.
