At Bold. One we don’t wait for momentum — we build it. As a fast-growing DTC ecommerce company, we move quickly, test boldly, and turn ideas into measurable results. And the real engine behind all of that? Our people.

With 200+ ambitious teammates who take ownership, learn fast, and support one another, this is a place where you’re trusted to think big, move with intent, and make an impact from day one.

We’re looking for a CRO UX/UI Designer to help shape and optimize our digital customer experience across ecommerce funnels, landing pages, and core website journeys. In this role, you’ll create high-performing, user-centered designs that improve conversion, enhance usability, and support business growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with growth marketers, developers, ecommerce managers, and creative teams to design experiences backed by data, experimentation, and customer behavior insights. From identifying friction points to launching A/B test concepts and refining mobile UX, your work will directly influence performance and revenue.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across ecommerce funnels, focusing on increasing revenue, AOV, and customer retention
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics data to identify growth opportunities
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute A/B tests and experimentation strategies for product pages, landing pages, collection pages, cart, and checkout flows
  • Improve website UX based on analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer behavior
  • Collaborate with CRO, marketing, and development teams to execute A/B tests and optimization experiments
  • Develop and refine conversion-focused user journeys, page structures, and on-site experiences based on data insights
  • Monitor key ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, bounce rate, checkout completion, and revenue per visitor
  • Identify friction points throughout the customer journey and propose data-backed optimization solutions
  • Build and maintain testing roadmaps, experiment documentation, and reporting processes
  • Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, consumer behavior, CRO methodologies, and experimentation best practices
  • Stay current with DTC ecommerce trends, CRO best practices, and UX research

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in ecommerce or DTC brands
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles and ecommerce customer behavior
  • Experience designing for platforms like Shopify
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation workflows
  • Understanding of responsive design and mobile UX best practices
  • Ability to interpret analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Triple Whale
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce UX improvements and conversion-focused work
  • Experience collaborating with developers and growth marketers
  • Strong visual design, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design skills
