Develop your own HNW/UHNW client base within a leading international platform

A leading international private banking environment in Luxembourg is looking to strengthen its front office team with experienced Private Bankers / Relationship Managers capable of developing and managing a HNW / UHNW client base across Europe.

We are not looking for pure “farmers” managing inherited books.

We are looking for entrepreneurial bankers with:

• a proven ability to develop relationships,
• an existing network of HNW/UHNW clients,
• and a clear business development mindset.

Ideal profile

• 5+ years’ experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management
• Existing HNW/UHNW network
• Ability to onboard and grow assets under management
• Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset
• Strong relationship management skills
• International exposure is a plus (Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, LATAM, etc.)
• Experience working with entrepreneurs, family offices, or internationally mobile clients is highly valued

We are particularly interested in profiles with:

• demonstrable portability potential,
• a realistic business plan,
• and the ability to generate long-term recurring revenues.

Compensation
