Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Crypto Listing & Partnerships Specialist in our European office in Madrid, Spain. The role involves identifying and securing strategic cryptocurrency listings and partnership opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and analysing potential listing opportunities, working with media, building and maintaining relationships with cryptocurrency projects, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful integration and partnerships. The candidate will also help in driving growth through sales initiatives and strengthening partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating potential listings and partnerships in the cryptocurrency and finance sector
• Demonstrated experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to identify and manage collaborative opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills required for negotiations, internal coordination, and external partner engagement
• Proven Sales skills to drive growth and achieve partnership targets
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Thorough understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, or the finance industry is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations and compliance frameworks is an advantage
