🔎 What are we looking for?

We are looking for 3rd Line Support Engineer who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers in banking sector.

This 100% remote position is open to candidates located in Spain, requiring fluent English for effective collaboration with international teams.

📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• The 3rd Line Support Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support and change delivery for business-critical applications and data platforms.
• This role focuses on resolving complex incidents, implementing approved changes, and ensuring the accuracy and continuity of business data operations.
• The engineer will work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and other support tiers to maintain service quality and system stability.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical incidents beyond 1st and 2nd line support.

💡 What do we expect from you?

• Finanteial Data experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros.
• Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automation, tooling, and support utilities to improve operational efficiency.
• MS SQL with strong experience in:
• Writing and optimizing queries
• Stored procedures and functions
• Data investigation and troubleshooting
• English C1
