Project Lead

About the role

For a complex enterprise IAM environment, we are looking for a Project Lead / Technical Coordinator to support a critical upgrade of a leading Identity Governance platform.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology, project coordination and stakeholder management, ensuring the upgrade is delivered in a structured, controlled and transparent way.

What we are looking for:

🔸 Experience with technical upgrades, migrations or implementations in complex enterprise environments

🔹 IAM / IGA knowledge and affinity with One Identity

🔸 Strong project coordination skills: planning, progress tracking, risk & issue management

🔹 Ability to align with technical teams, vendors, security, architecture and management

🔸 Able to translate technical dependencies into clear progress updates, risks and decision points

🔹 Experience in regulated environments, preferably banking, finance or corporate IT

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

You are someone who brings structure, calm and direction to a complex upgrade trajectory. You are technically strong enough to understand dependencies and challenge teams, while also being able to communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels.
