Position

We are looking for an AI Engineer who can turn AI capabilities into real consumer experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Applied AI

You will work on integrating AI into products in ways that feel useful, intuitive, and scalable for real users.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in an AI engineering, or a technical role (internships and personal projects are welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Interest in Applied AI: Hands-on experience using AI tools, platforms, or APIs (commercial or open-source).
• API Knowledge (Must-Have): Understanding of how APIs work and how to integrate them into real products.
• Experience configuring or fine-tuning AI APIs for specific use cases.
• Product-Oriented Mindset: Strong empathy for users and a desire to simplify complex technology.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with backend services or mobile apps is a plus.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Problem Solver: Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fast Learner: Eager to explore new AI tools and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Ownership Mentality: You care about outcomes and continuously improve what you ship.
• English Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential for working with global teams and users.

Main Responsibilities

Applied AI & Product Enablement

• Integrate and utilize third-party AI tools and APIs (e.g. generative AI, vision, speech, or automation tools) in consumer-facing products.
• Configure, adapt, and fine-tune AI APIs (via prompts, parameters, datasets, or feedback loops) to match product use cases.
• Translate product requirements and user problems into practical AI-powered solutions.

Simplifying AI for Users

• Focus on making AI features easy to understand, intuitive to use, and genuinely helpful for end users.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to shape AI interactions, workflows, and UX.
• Help abstract technical AI complexity away from the user while maintaining high-quality outputs.

Product & Data Collaboration

• Collaborate with product teams to define AI-driven features, user flows, and success metrics.
• Analyze user behavior and product performance to iterate on AI features and improve outcomes.
• Support experimentation and rapid iteration based on real user feedback.
• Balance quality, performance, and cost when using AI services.

Ownership & Continuous Improvement

• Take ownership of AI-powered features from concept to launch and iteration.
• Stay up to date with new AI tools, platforms, and market developments.
• Proactively suggest new ways AI can improve user experience and engagement.
