Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager who will support and oversee key areas of the company’s finance function, including financial planning, treasury, accounting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and strong financial governance in a rapidly evolving fintech and blockchain environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage all finance-related operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare and maintain IFRS-compliant financial statements and reporting processes.
• Monitor company financial performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Manage liquidity, treasury operations, banking relationships, and financial risk management processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax obligations, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory reporting, and relationships with external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
• Help strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, legal, compliance, and product teams to support business growth and scalability.
• Support and mentor finance team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Stay informed about developments in fintech, cryptocurrency, and blockchain-related financial regulations and market trends.
• Manage Teknopark processes, incentives, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or financial management roles; prior experience owning finance functions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in fintech, banking, brokerage, payment institutions, or cryptocurrency sectors is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, tax compliance, audit processes, and corporate governance practices.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are considered a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving industry.
