Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of approved projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand what resources needed to execute the project and ensure availability.
• Organize team and allocate tasks accordingly.
• Identify suitable contractors who can support and complete the tasks.
• Understand at which stage of the process each resource will need to be provided.
• Responsible for planning the project construction process by producing critical path and understanding the timing of each stage.
• Responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of the project, continually forecasting, keeping the team informed of forecasts and changes and managing the scope meticulously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent is desirable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is desirable.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 15 years in a similar position with a reputable master real estate developer.
• Site experience from contractor, developer, client or consultant background.
