🔹 Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Huawei network infrastructure. The role involves second-level support, incident troubleshooting, and ensuring high network availability in enterprise/telecom environments.

🔹 Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Huawei network infrastructure. The role involves second-level support, incident troubleshooting, and ensuring high network availability in enterprise/telecom environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities Incident & Problem Management
- Provide L2 support for Huawei routers, switches, and firewalls
- Troubleshoot P1/P2 incidents and network outages
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
- Escalate complex issues to L3 / Huawei TAC
- Monitor network performance and uptime
- Handle configuration changes (Change Management)
- Perform firmware upgrades and patching
- Support network expansion and deployments
- Work on:
- NE Series Routers
- S Series Switches
- USG Firewalls
- Use Huawei VRP (CLI) for configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong hands-on experience with Huawei networking devices
- Good understanding of:
- TCP/IP
- OSI Model
- LAN/WAN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Strong CLI troubleshooting skills
- NMS Tools: SolarWinds, Huawei eSight
- Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow, Ivanti
- Packet Analysis: Wireshark
- Strong analytical & problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in 24x7 shifts
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure incidents
- HCIA / HCIP / HCIE (Routing & Switching)
- CCNA / CCNP
