B2B Contract: max 900 - 1200 PLN/MD

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Requirement Gathering: Lead data-related requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs, documenting detailed, clear, and concise specifications for technical teams.

- Data Onboarding: Oversee data onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data migration from various sources.

- System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP BW, Snowflake, or AWS solutions that enhance data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.

- Supply Chain Management: Leverage supply chain management knowledge to ensure data solutions are optimized for efficient supply chain operations in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT and business departments, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Prioritising backlog, team management(keeping them motivated), project management

- Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.

- Analyzing business scenarios that may potentially be solved by implementation of automated systems and/or modifications to business processes.

- Providing expertise in evaluation, development, and deployment of systems and/or processes.

- Being accountable for documentation, which may include, but is not limited to:

> User Requirements

> Functional and/or technical specifications (CSV or Non-CSV)

> Process flow diagrams

> Training documentation and/or work instructions

> Developing technical documentation and SOPs

Experience and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

- Proven track record in data requirement gathering and data onboarding.

- Extensive experience in the supply chain sector, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP BW.

- Excellent knowledge of business processes in Pharma Supply Chain area

- Strong experience with SAP BW (7,5, BW4HANA), very good overview of Tableau, SAP SAC front-end tools.

- Very good overview of SAP S4 capabilities and functionalities.

- Experience or very good understanding of cloud technologies (Snowflake, AWS, DataSphere) is of advantage

- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments.

- Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional project teams.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications in SAP, AWS, or Snowflake are a plus.
