We expect from you:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working with Roche – must have.
• Experience with migration projects – nice to have.
• Knowledge of SAP / SAP CDC – nice to have.
• Strong skills in creating business analysis, process flow diagrams, and documentation.
• Proficiency in tools like [e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, BPMN].
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong focus on results
