Product Manager – CRM (12-Month Contract)

Location: Toronto, Ont

Salary: $90K - $109K

We’re seeking a Product Manager – CRM to support the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise CRM solutions within a financial services environment.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to improve CRM capabilities, support integrations, and drive user adoption. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong CRM product experience and a background in banking, credit unions, or insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
• Manage CRM product backlog and support release planning
• Support CRM integrations with enterprise platforms
• Troubleshoot system and process issues with cross-functional teams
• Assist with user adoption, training, and process improvements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience focused on CRM systems
• Financial institution experience (banking, credit union, or insurance)
• Experience with CRM implementations and integrations
• Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Business analysis experience
• UAT coordination experience
• Familiarity with Agile environments and enterprise integrations

This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion.
