Job Description
The Senior Product Manager operates at the intersection of business, service design, and technology. This role is responsible for driving product outcomes and owning the digital strategy for a product or suite of products within an organization. Responsibilities include overseeing product development and delivery, defining functional requirements, managing feature releases, and providing leadership to advance digital products aligned with organizational strategic objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the Product Lead, this position works closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver product solutions that support organizational goals and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Product Lead, this position works closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver product solutions that support organizational goals and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with Product Leadership, Service Design, and Operational Excellence teams.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business, operational, and system requirements, and design innovative, user-centric solutions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of enterprise digital platforms and workflow tools to support feature enhancements and continuous product improvement.
- Develop deep understanding of internal processes, workflows, and program requirements to inform strategic product decisions.
- Identify opportunities to capture analytics and measure product performance, adoption, and key business outcomes.
- Represent the needs of end users and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle while evaluating market trends and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across teams while promoting Agile principles and practices.
- Manage product portfolio activities, release planning, backlog refinement, feature prioritization, and delivery timelines.
- Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and facilitate decision-making.
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into user stories, prototypes, and actionable deliverables for Agile teams and vendors.
- Coordinate activities across the software development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of valuable, high-quality products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar technology-focused role.
- Extensive experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive collaboration.
- Experience working with enterprise business systems and digital product environments.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for designing and improving digital experiences.
- Experience collaborating with design teams on client experience (CX) and user interface (UI) initiatives.
- Background working with software development and cross-functional technology teams, particularly on customer-facing web applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle best practices including development, testing, and release management.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship management capabilities in cross-functional environments.
- Skilled in issue resolution, prioritization, and managing competing objectives.
- Demonstrated accountability and ability to manage workload to achieve product goals.
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Hiring Range: $102,255 – $114,285
