Product Designer - UI/UX

This role offers the opportunity to shape intuitive, modern, and data-driven user experiences within a cloud-based SaaS platform used by distribution and warehouse operations teams. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into clear and elegant design solutions. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-paced, with a strong focus on user-centered thinking and continuous iteration. You will contribute directly to improving how warehouse teams interact with real-time data and operational insights at scale. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex problems and transforming them into simple, effective interfaces. You will also help maintain and evolve a design system that ensures consistency across the product ecosystem.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and operational challenges within warehouse and logistics environments.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, modern UI/UX solutions through wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces for a SaaS platform, ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency across features and workflows.
• Maintain and evolve a shared design system and UI component library to support scalable product development.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of design concepts.
• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, data insights, and product performance metrics.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product and engineering organization.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or similar roles in SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency in Figma (strongly preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Experience designing data-rich or enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to create or maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices.
• Ability to communicate and defend design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS/Sass, or JavaScript is an asset.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
