The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager (1 year contract) to lead the successful delivery of projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support. In this role, you will oversee all facets of assigned projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
You will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, serving as a trusted partner and objective third-party observer who ensures operational excellence, mitigates risk, and drives clarity through structured communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about building scalable, repeatable project delivery practices.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
- Identify areas for process improvement within project delivery and work on implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and gather feedback for future improvements
- Work with the sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
- Continuously oversee project advancement and performance in alignment with set milestones and KPIs by anticipating potential challenges and promptly voicing concerns, ensure proactive management to keep the project on course and meet deadlines
- Handle any changes in project scope, requirements, or timelines and communicate these changes to all relevant stakeholders
- Generate regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other teams within the company
What you'll bring:
- 2-4 years PM experience
- PMP is a bonus
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation through delivery
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- A love of technology as a tool for solving company problems
- A demonstrated ability to learn complex tools and data structures
- Demonstrated initiative in solving problems independently and through self-initiated research
- Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, developers, partners and client contacts
- A commitment to ongoing learning and skills development
- An open attitude and willingness to embrace change and a variety of tasks
- A general interest in working within the SFDC ecosystem
