Java Fullstack Engineer Intern (July 2026 intake)

This is a 6-month full-time internship program starting from July 2026 (non-credit bearing).

Team & Position

The department of Corporate and Support Functions IT (CSI) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk and finance applications, used by end users worldwide. Our Finance IT (FIT) section handles applications responsible for Finance data collection, Finance calculation and Reporting for Crédit Agricole CIB worldwide.

• Get to experience what it is like to work in a team and how they collaborate on a project.
• Attend team meetings to get a better sense of the project and understand team dynamics
• Responsible of a user story development
• Explore different frameworks, by being a part of the development of a UI from a web application
• Contribute on both front and backend technologies

Responsibilities

• Full Stack developer responsible for development of both front and back end using modern techniques and frameworks
• Get experience in microservices architecture
• Experience in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Automated test implementation with Cypress

Qualifications and Profile

• Pursuing Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computers Science, IT, or equivalent domain.

Good for candidates to have

• Understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Java, SQL, and code quality skills.
• Basic understanding of the Spring Framework, Microservices architecture and API.
• Excellent Aptitude, Curious to learn and inquisitive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, self motivated and excellent team player.
• Fluency in English is key in multi-cultural environment.
