We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a strong and collaborative DevOps team focused on building scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure solutions.

The team is responsible for improving infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and deployment automation across multiple environments. You will work in an engineering-driven culture where automation, reliability, and continuous improvement are key priorities.

They support farmers with real-time insights to improve herd management, help pet owners better understand the health and activity of their animals through smart devices and data, and assist conservationists in protecting wildlife and natural ecosystems.

Tech Stack & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple projects
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Crossplane
• Work with Argo CD / GitOps workflows
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
• Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Perform POCs and present technical solutions to stakeholders
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system reliability
• Maintain cloud services, apply updates, and ensure security compliance
• Improve infrastructure cost efficiency and optimize cloud usage

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Terraform, Crossplane
• Argo CD / GitOps practices
• Docker, Kubernetes
• AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Experience managing and supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with monitoring and cloud maintenance practices
• Ability to perform technical POCs and present results to stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with cost optimization and cloud security improvements
• Nice to have: experience with Control Tower, Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), advanced GitOps strategies
