What We Expect:

• Education: MA/Eng. in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience:
• Minimum 7 years in software development-related work.
• At least 5 years in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects (medium to large scale) in multicultural environments.
• Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of project management methods (PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred).
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and Release Management processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as HPSM/SNOW and Jira.
• Good understanding of program and portfolio management.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, influencing, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to anticipate problems and implement solutions effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills within a global organization.
• Other Requirements:
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
• Readiness to travel based on project or service needs.
