Marketing Analytics Specialist/Assistant Manager

• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing preferably in banking sector
• Advanced knowledge in SPSS is must.
• SAS / SQL is plus.
• In-depth knowledge & experience about lead generation, digital sales
• Google Analytics, Firebase & Adjust knowledge is plus
• Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision-making skills
• Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems
• Good at communication and coordination, teamwork, highly motivated, multi-task and result oriented personality

• Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
• Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
• Analyzes external and internal customer data using required database queries (SPSS, SAS, SQL, Access), spreadsheet models (Excel), web analysis tools, statistical analysis tools and campaign management software tools.
• Evaluates customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.
• Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
