.NET Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced .NET Tech Lead. This role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on development, ensuring the evolution, quality, and consistency of the organization’s critical applications. The professional will lead a specialized team, collaborate with architects and functional experts, and ensure that technical solutions meet operational and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Guiding the development team, performing code reviews, promoting best practices, and ensuring technical quality

Actively contributing to coding, new feature development, and bug fixing

Designing scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with portfolio architects

Translating functional and non-functional requirements into robust technical solutions • Ensuring compliance with security, architecture, and engineering standards

Working closely with functional teams, architects, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong experience in C# / .NET (Core 8/10) and ASP.NET Web API

Proven experience with Blazor (mandatory)

Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Azure Bus, and DevOps Server

Strong command of JWT, OIDC, OWASP, REST/Swagger, design patterns, and engineering best practices

Experience with unit and integration testing
