Regional Data Centre Project Manager / Delivery Lead

I’m currently working with a fast scaling, mission critical infrastructure platform expanding across the Nordic region and we’re looking to hire a Regional Customer Implementation Manager to play a key role in delivering customer projects across multiple live data centre environments.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll sit at the centre of customer delivery owning the successful implementation of complex infrastructure deployments across multiple sites.

The Opportunity

This is not a standard project role.

You’ll be leading the end to end delivery of customer infrastructure implementations, ensuring that client requirements are translated into fully operational, high-performance data centre solutions delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

You’ll operate across multiple locations, working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure consistency, quality, and a seamless experience from contract to operational handover.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of customer implementation projects across multiple data centre locations
• Acting as the key escalation point for customers, managing risks, issues, and delivery challenges
• Driving end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, change control, and handover to operations
• Partnering with engineering, operations, sales, and commercial teams to align delivery with capacity, scope, and timelines
• Ensuring structured, compliant, and repeatable delivery processes across the region
• Owning programme reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Driving continuous improvement across delivery standards, processes, and tools

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience delivering data centre, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-site or regional programmes
• Experience working in live operational environments (critical uptime / SLA-driven)
• Comfortable managing customers directly and acting as a senior escalation point
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk, change control, and structured delivery frameworks
• Ability to operate across both technical and commercial stakeholder groups

You’ll likely have a blend of construction/infrastructure understanding and customer-facing project delivery experience
