The Business Intelligence Analyst – Industrial plays a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across Anora’s Industrial segment, with a strong focus on direct spend, cost structure, production, and operational efficiency. This role operates at the intersection of data, sourcing, finance, and operations, acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders across Industrial, Supply Chain, and Controlling. By combining analytical depth with business understanding, you will translate complex datasets into actionable insights that improve cost control, procurement strategies, and operational performance.

Key Accountabilities Of The Role

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI reports and dashboards in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Industrial segment.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and improve overall business performance.
  • Design and maintain robust data models in Power BI and underlying data layers, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance.
  • Act as a trusted analytical partner to stakeholders, serving as a main point of contact for reporting and analytics topics.
  • Contribute to business planning and strategic, forward-looking analysis by supporting forecasting and the transition to more advanced analytics.

Your Competence Areas

  • Strong experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization).
  • Solid understanding of financial data (COGS, cost structures), procurement/supply chain data, and industrial/manufacturing data.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial and operational perspective.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
